A one-time, perpetual licence to mt5depot Builder, a no-code software development tool that generates MQL5 source code. You pay once and keep the licence — there is no renewal and no expiry. You are paying for access to the tool, not for any trading product, signal, or result.

No. The Builder only generates source code that you download and compile yourself. It never executes trades, connects to a broker, or provides investment advice.

Payments are processed securely by PayPal. The licence is sold by mt5depot, which handles billing and receipts. The price shown is the total you pay — nothing is added at checkout, and where consumption tax or VAT applies it is included in that price. Your receipt stays in your PayPal account, and your licence is linked to the mt5depot account you were signed in to.

Because the paid features activate on your account the moment the payment clears. Under EU and UK consumer law, digital content supplied immediately is exempt from the statutory cooling-off period only if you expressly requested that access and acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal. If you would rather keep that right, don't complete the purchase — the free tier lets you design a strategy and compile it to a ready-to-run file first.

There is no blanket money-back guarantee on a one-time licence. Within 14 days of purchase we refund if the paid features never become available on your account and we can't restore them, if the Builder is materially different from its description here, or if you were charged more than once for the same licence.
