- Refund requests (mt5depot Builder)
- Licence refunds within the 14-day window. Use the form or email contact@mt5depot.com directly — include your order reference. Refund Policy.
- Security reports
- Vulnerability disclosures go to security@mt5depot.com, not through this form. Security Policy.
- An EA you built outside the builder
- EAs reach the community pool through the builder's compile-and-submit step. Hand-written MQL5 and EAs from other tools do not go through that route — send them here and we will look at them by hand. How submissions work.
- Corrections and content complaints
- Factual corrections to any EA profile, broker review, or guide, and removal requests for EAs submitted to the pool. Editorial Policy.
