Overview

mt5depot.com is operated under a passive-solicitation regulatory model. This means the Service does not actively solicit business from residents of regulated jurisdictions. Access to the Service is geographically unrestricted at a technical level, but residents of the following jurisdictions are prohibited from using the Service.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are not a resident or national of any Restricted Jurisdiction listed below.

This page is the single authoritative list and forms part of our Terms of Service (Section 3). The list is maintained here, rather than duplicated in the Terms, so that the jurisdictions and the regulatory reason for each cannot drift apart.

Country-Specific Notices

United States. The Service is explicitly not directed at residents of the United States. Offering retail forex or derivative services to US residents requires registration with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and membership of the National Futures Association (NFA). We hold neither.

Japan. The Service is explicitly not directed at residents of Japan. Under Japan's Financial Instruments and Exchange Act (FIEA), providing certain financial services to Japan residents requires registration with the Financial Services Agency (FSA). We do not hold FSA registration.

Passive-Solicitation Model

We operate under the passive-solicitation principle recognised in several jurisdictions. This means:

• The Service does not target, market to, or solicit residents of Restricted Jurisdictions.
• Access is provided passively — if a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction accesses the Service of their own initiative, that does not constitute solicitation by us.
• However, residents of Restricted Jurisdictions remain prohibited from using the Service regardless of how they accessed it.
